Can't post on restricted forums

My 'main' is level 21, according to the restrictions I should be able to reply to posts in General .. I can't.

This has been going on for over week now, how do I fix it?

Confusingly it seems to count ALL your posts on the forums, even the ones in forums like this one which aren't restricted. So if you've posted once already today in this forum, that's one less you can post in any of the restricted forums etc.

Although it's hardly ideal, you need to post your restricted posts first then the "unrestricted" ones.

Oh, really? I took 'unrestricted' to mean just that .. silly me, after playing FFXI since '05 I should be used to SE's creative use of the English language by now.

I can see your explanation does apply, I tend to browse here first, I'll change my priorities.
