Ok guys, thanks for all comments. I raised Alchemist (what an useless crafter apart from wands and arcanists books) and Culinarian both to lvl 15 so I could finally. Those 2 perks are a must indeed. I could raise a Dye to top quality (around 1580 points) just with them and Steady Hand.

As usual if only I knew it before. Now I will have to rethink all my patters, but it will be worth it.

So I've got WVR, GSM, ALC and CUL. all above lvl 15. What about the others? Would they be needed? My biggest issue is (and honestly was) with the inventory. WVR and GSM were fine, they don't use too much junk. CUL instead is a garbage collector!

Get CPT up for Rumination. It consumes Inner Quiet stack but restores CP accordingly in case you need to pump more touches or restore durability.
LTW's Waste not is a good alternative to "restore" durability.
ARM's Rapid Synthesis is alright, only 50% chance base and it can miss even with Steady Hands II.
BSM's Ingenuity helps when you need to craft items higher level than you, like say level 25 doing level 25 leves that requires recipe lv28.
You should aim to max out CPT for Byregot as that is a big boost in HQ and get CUL to 37 for Steady Hands II which enables you to 100% Basic Touch and use that to raise Inner Quiet stack. SHII costs 3 more CP than I and has 10% more chance.
Other 50 skills are nice but not required to level.

Ow God. Steady Hands II is a dream which comes true. I must keep raising the Culinarian then. I wanted to do it anyway because I've thrown away so many gils already for food. And it should sell well too, unless they all decide to go Culinarian now that I am doing it.

Then I'll check the others. But it would be about time I go on with the main story. I've got tuck crafting!!
