Why these are my favorite NPCS:

I love flavor text in games. Whether on items, or spoken by NPC's throughout the world. It makes the world feel more real and alive.

When I was but a lowly level 20 adventurer I remember being summoned to the Admirals office and seeing these two Miqo'te seemingly overwhelmed by a raucous crowd. The Admiral couldn't spare the time to see them, but she could to see me. These pour souls were getting verbally assaulted all because the Admiral was too busy accomodating me!
