Doesn't matter about the servers so much as it does your physical resident status.

I'm fairly sure that the winners are decided by SE and not by the community. If your first submission isn't viewable, I'm sure they'll just move to the first one they CAN see. I wish you the best!

I'm confused by the entry of that cute GSM lalafell named Nerd Doll... I don't think she's posing with an NPC, but instead trying to be dopplegangers with another player.

Don't the rules specifically say not to have other players in your shot? And to try to be a doppleganger for an NPC, not another player??

I'm hoping for the pity vote for being the only black Lala on the server.

Was really hard to find any NPCs to try and be a doppelganger of.

Even the Dunesfolk Lala's of Uldah are tan, not black.

How are you excluded from the contest you are in North America - The Whole Continent not just The United States - it says North America not United States so think about that - Quebec is in North America is it not?

True enough - It was difficult for me to do the screenshot contest - I am not good at that sort of thing.. I am a writer, a published poet at that so for me its a huge let down that I did not get a chance to participate in the Haiku contest. For me it would have been perfect.. I think all the contests should be open to everyone regardless of where we live. I don't see why they have to be regional. Seems a bit unfair.

Quebec has a bunch of laws/regulations when it comes to contests. So rather then deal with it most contests just void Quebec.
