Limit Break for Tank, is it useful? when and where can I use it? Should SE change it?

In rare occasions when the party make up in a 4 man dungeon is Bard, Bard, Healer, Tank.

You might as well use Tank LB just for kicks and giggles, but yeah its really lame.
