Limit Break for Tank, is it useful? when and where can I use it? Should SE change it?

So far, I have not been able to figure out a useful usage for the Tank LB. I even tried to use LB3 against titan AOE after we missd the heart and it had no effect and we all died anyway.

I was wondering if anyone has used Tank LB and find it useful somewhere?

Should we ask for a change?

When the dps die I use the tank lb to give us some time to raise the dps and secure us surviving
