    ultimate game card problem

    I have a problem when trying to enter the code for my "ultimate game card". to buy crysta. when entering the code, in the choice of the "ultimate game card" gives me the message "The card is not activated and can not be redeemed." according to the seller the card is good, therefore I ask here may be due to this problem or it could solve.
