I wish I got an email response like yours OneMech. The one I got was this when I submitted a ticket:

Thank you for taking the time to report difficulties with the world transfer service. We understand that congestion due to a large number of requests is causing a number of issues for customers, including worlds not appearing for transfer and characters not appearing to be transferred. We are currently investigating these concerns to try to resolve these congestion issues.

Since these current difficulties are related to congestion of the servers, we recommend trying again at a later time when the world transfer service may not be as congested. The world transfer service will remain free until Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 01:00 AM PDT, and attempting again between these times may allow for a successful use of the service.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these issues and process all of the requests being made.

I was getting the same error as Imhugi and after I got this email I assumed that I just had to log in at a different time and do the transfer. Now that I've missed the window, I'm pretty frustrated. I guess I'll submit a ticket again and hopefully get a better response. I really want to play with all my friends on their server.
