I'm sorry to see you guys are still having the same problems too.

At the recommendation of my friend I sent a response to the robo-mail explaining that I didn't think the problem was server congestion and that it was more likely to be a problem with the character. This is the response I got at 1:25 AM EST:

When a Game Master was able to respond to your request, we found that you were unavailable to speak to us. Because of the nature of the situation you are having with world transfers, we recommend you contact our Support Center by visiting http://support.na.square-enix.com, and choose FINAL FANTASY XIV. You can search for possible resolutions in the Knowledge Base, or click on Contact to begin a help request. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM Pacific Time, and will work to provide you with the best possible resolution. If this is something tied specifically with your account, they would be able to best help you in this situation. We apologize it is not something we can investigate ourselves but they would be happy to assist you.

Not sure why my response got shunted to the GM team cause all they did was point me back to the place I was already asking for help in.

My friend whom happens to have been a long time XI player insisted that if I was persistent, tech support would eventually come through. I really hope he's right cause this is kind of killing my enthusiasm for this game.

I've sent another response going over the important details again begging for any kind of real help in this matter. I wish everyone else luck as well.
