I had the same response from the support, and no, it's not the congestion at all. It's definitely some type of error and I do think it's because my character was made after the transfer begun. I do meet all the requirements so I can't think up any other reason why I'm the only one that's prevented from transferring while all my friends can(and have).

This is down right frustrating. I'm basically left out from playing with my friends just because I decided to buy the game at the wrong time. I would have rolled on the destination server from get go if I knew this would be a problem. Only reason why I rolled it on other server was because the destination server was restricted from new character creation during prime time and that would mean I had to get up in the morning to make the character.

The whole transfer guideline doesn't say anything about newly created characters (other than three day mark) so..yeah, it's kinda misleading.

I'm not too fond of how they're handling the support contacts either. Seems like they don't even read it and as soon as they see 'transfer' they just copy/paste the response.
