Well, regardless, all of the items poofed off the AH last night, so it looks like SE took care of him. Amazing how many defenders this ended up with, though.

Yes I noticed it as well (I'm on Diabolos). I'm not defending his actions, I'm just saying that we need to have solid (if not irrefutable) proof that someone is acting illegitimately before we we suggest that they are indeed violating terms. And being able to discuss and debate reasons for and against is part of that process of understanding.
