Steps:
1. Take "In a Titan Spot" Quest at Waking Sands
2. Go to U'Ghamaro Mines
3. Attune to the Aetheryte to obtain Titan HM
4. Announcement says "Duty Finder Updated"
5. Announccement says "The Navel (Hard Mode) Now Accesible"
6. Duty Finder is not updated
7. Quest Reward is not given

I have over three weeks reporting the bug, I can not move forward with "relic weapon" because of this error, this month to pay the fee has been throwing money away. I hope a solution soon ...

i experienced this but resetting my modem, router and ps3 fixed the problem and i was able to proceed.
