"Join party in progress" is a good idea, but currently it is not worth using. Currently it will send you to a party and make you wait till if fills the remaining positions. Thats why I never use it.

Solution: Change it so it fills ALL the empty spots before it sends you to the dungeon, just like DF does for the initial party formation.
