It's an MMO. It's supposed to take a long time. It took me two and a half years to hit 75 on FFXI. Never did get full relic on any of the 3 75s I eventually had.

Why people expect end game EQ in this game to not be extremely time consuming I'll never figure out. I hear people say things like "OMG, it's going to take five months to get full DL for each job!" (or however long it is), and all I can think is, "Yeah, so?" It shouldn't be easy. It shouldn't be quick. This is not the instant gratification game, and never will be.
