    World transfer unavailable? please help

    I keep getting this message:

    "The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance.
    Please wait and try again."

    Whenever I try to transfer my character.

    He is just over three days old, has nothing for sale, is holding nothing but generic items (potions and materials) not in a free company nor holding nothing for a free company. isn't in a instance. I have a standard account with a payment set up.

    Why isn't it working?

    I've searched the sites for any news on this but can't find anything to do with the transfers being down. I know they had problems 3 days ago but the update says its been fixed.

    It seems to be an issue with characters that were created within the free transfer service dates. I am having the same issue with a character I created more than 3 days ago but no problems with characters created before the free transfer service started. I've raised an issue with the contact support feature but I don't think I'll get a reply until a weeks time as I have a previous problem and it's taken over a week and I still haven't got a reply from them. You won't find any help on here as the moderators will just copy and paste the same message to everyone who has this issue and prevent you from replying to the thread.
