FFXIV Jobs clarification.

I really hope is not like rift....

I have not played that crappy game, but a friend of mine who did, told me that when you lv 1 job/class automatically you lv up all the classes in your tree...so cap 1 class and you have like 8 classes capped LOL.... --;

thats the most stupid thing SE can do.... i wanna use/feel/learn my jobs...i dont wanna a damn lvup button in the game..

pls SE keep this crap away from FFXIV...

If they can apply the same terminology, but don't level up all the other jobs within that Class, then thats fine

Yes. I was implying that jobs would be specializations within the same class just as in the video pyromancer and elementalist are both MAGE Specializations/jobs. I wasn't implying that they would use the same system and level all jobs along your class like Rift.
