Cooking Bug

Was doing some cooking and not only I but my gf's character had the same problem. The HQ would not go up, always stayed at zero even when maxed out the bar. The item when you did craft it would just be a normal item.

and this one if you look at the log shows it as a normal item even though the HQ was maxed
