Heres a rotation I use that is "imperfect" but is actually very maintainable in almost all the boss fights I've done. I haven't done any coil yet so you can bash my noobishness or whatever all you 1337ists.

DK/TwS/Dem-ToD
BS/TrS/SP-Fracture
Dk/TwS/SP
IR-BfB-PB-SPx4/Dem (can ALMOST do SPx5 and dem with Selene buff but not quite there yet.)
Dk/TwS/SP-ToD-Fracture
So on and so forth, you will have to decide based on conditions what you need to do from here.

I find going through 3 rotations then opening up with the Burst keeps agg off me while still letting me get a decent amount of early faceroll in. You'll also notice this requires a minimum of side to back to side to back movement.

IMO screw ID. Monk is a very self sufficient class, don't throw in moves that ruin the combo's. BfB, fracture, invigorate, and Mercy stroke really complement a monks strengths. ID is an extra time waster, better to start a new rotation with a crit BS than pause your rotation with ID.
