request: change DF "join party in progress"

"Join party in progress" should be a good way to refill a group quickly, and give me a quick 100 tomes. But its not worth using because it puts you in groups that are half full and waiting on more to join. Then you have to stand around in a dungeon waiting. Cant do crafting, cant do fishing. Just wait. DF should wait till it fills ALL the empty positions before sending me to the dungeon. Just like it does for the initial party.

I had a similar suggestion .

1. Change the Join party in progress , to join full run / brand new party . And make it unticked by default , except for first run.

This should increase number of players queuing for parties in progress.

2. Make it so DPS queue invites do not pop up except when at least tank+1 or healer+1 exist in thr group.

3. Random dungeons ( already being implemented in 2.1)

These 3 suggestions will make this a non issue.

Ill post there. I didnt realize there was a place. "Website feedback and suggestions" seemed like it was for website feedback, but looking into it it looks like its for everything.

It's not for everything, people just don't read. You are correct, the Feedback section is only for Website feedback.

On topic, this would be a good thing to implement so hopefully they have considered it. I would click the join in progress more often.

Why not make it so people can craft at the beginning of a dungeon, if the party isn't full. If it's full, obviously no one should be crafting, but it would help if more people used the join party in progress feature. Right now it's a pain because not everyone uses it. This causes more wait time for people in the dungeon.

If it was on by default, it would help those of us who use it, while those who don't know it's there will either start asking questions or they won't mind. I know I love joining a party at the end of AK, for a quick bunch of myth tomes, but that is still the luck of the draw.
