EU lag

Hey, I have an idea. How about SE move the datacentre and all its servers from Montreal to Europe.

See how would all those people playing over in the States saying "oh it is not SE's fault" will react... when we in turn say "oh it is not SE's fault".

if it makes you feel any better, I play from southern California, and I am getting the constant lag that prevents people from avoiding aoe damage circles etc. I think a lot of players in usa and countries in Europe are all in the same situation of having this lag. I feel bad for anybody who is trying to play through it, it is very frustrating at best.

personally I am just not gonna sub, I have like 2 or 3 days left on the trial. there are several posts on these forums with a lot of pages, I would guess at least 2000+ complaints. not a word from SE. I think they really messed up and will lose a lot of players right off the start. but who knows, I could be wrong and they are happy with the situation the way it is.

Ya. the lag is terrible from 20:00GMT+2 to about 22:30GMT+2 before that and after that its fine. My ISP gives priority on there MMO games WOW,SWTOR etc, and now FFXIV so I know its not that problem.

Stupid thing is that usually exactly when most FCs with work/school going players raid at. :/ Our progress is stuck because we just can't raid during peak hours due to horrible horrible lag. I have the game paid till like February, but I'm for sure not going to give SE anymore of my money if this shit doesn't get solved soon. I suppose one way to solve is to have all the players quit so the servers aren't as busy.

New Zealand here also same Lagg probliems. So its not you EU guys its SE.
Even american users are getting lagg.

Sent multiple reports & Forums Reps have gone to great lengths covered them up (& they do not breach the terms of use!).

I have a current customer support issue open up. Will concider adding a complaint against the cover up's.

They shouldn't have started charging subscriptions while the game is plagued with these problems. Right now I can't even make it past the 90ks to get hit by the unavoidable AoE lol.

Massive lag last night every time I went into an instance, so bad it's like watching a slideshow.

I thought maybe it was my connection but it ran fine outside of dungeons...
