Except when it comes to TOS. Look it up. Online TOS agreements usually do not hold up in the court of law. It's often thrown out.

My point is if you do pay and play happily but something really effects you negatively and it's mentioned that this is "Normal in the TOS" it doesn't mean the TOS will truly protect the company. That's all. No, I'm not complaining about SE. I actually disagree with this whole premise because in some ways it means online companies have problems protecting themselves.
