Garuda dropping the same loots since last patch

is not a confirmation Bias, when everyone in FC says they rarely find bows in Garuda..
the formula SE made for the RNG is bugged and each weapon got dif chances to drop cause of that

There's no "formula" for RNG. Moreover, I've done more than 200 runs of ifrit, 400 runs of garuda, and 50 (clears) of titan. I have never gotten the ifrit bow, yet seen every FC member of mine with it. Mind you, I've gotten both garuda and titan bows. In addition, I would run garuda and see a good variety of everything, then the next day 18 straight scholar books, while my FC scholar members complain about garuda never dropping scholar books in the whole 3 runs that they did. Definitely random.

Except everyone I know got their Garuda bow on their first try. Again, RNG is RNG. Everyone I knew told me that all that drops from them is scholar books. It took me 63 kills to get my scholar book. 63 times to get my book doesn't mean that the drop rates are borked. It's just RNG. At the same time my second class is summoner and I have never seen the Demagogue chest drop. That's also RNG.
