    Several Crafting questions

I asked some questions before and got some great answers, yet time has passed, and since then I changed some things.
1st of all. Since I needed black alumen for LTW I leveled it to 40. I am not using any mats right now, but is it worth it to already bring it to 50?
2nd, on that note, I plan on leveling all crafting classes, so should I bring botany and fishing up to 50 as well first?
3th, gearing them. My LTW reached 50 but is stil lwalking around in lvl 38/41 gear, I see lots of people with green gear which I can also try to make myself. But I guess its hella expansive. How do people gear their endgame crafters(what to start on first etc).
4th, I leveled most of my crafters to 15 for their cross class abilities. What should I max out next? I have mining already to 40 so thought on blacksmithing, but I heard that carpentry's byregot blessing is a true well... blessing. What to do first (also regard the 2nd question).
5,th, and final one. I usually just craft base items(basic leathers, or making ingot from ores) to level it up. This gives me room for 40 durability. I always start with inner quiet. using steady hand, and then great strides + best touch available. I carefully watch quality, and use tricks of the trade when neccecary, I only need 1 synthesys step to finish an item of. Yet with base items I always end up around 30% HQ items.
What am I doing wrong here? Peiste skins are about 10 levels underneather me, yet I cannot even fully make them HQ.
What are your recommendations for 40 durability rotations? (or for higher ones, I usually use the steady hand + hasty touch combo to finish strong).
Thanks in advance for all the help.

1 - If you intend to make your own 1 star or 2 star items, then it would be a big money saver to get botany and mining to 50.
3 - My own crafts are all 40, with Leatherworker 50 and I'm working Carpentry now, for Byregot's. With just the stuff I have made myself, including (and requiring!) food, I can craft the 1 star stuff, though HQ requires luck. My next two will be GSM and WVR, specifically for gear.
4 - Get Culinary to 37 for Steady Hand 2. After that, examine your own needs - Byregot's, gear, melding, what do you need to 50 next?
5 - From 1 through 40, with the possible exceptions of Alchemy and Culinary (because they require such a wide variety of stuff) I recommend using the Crafting Log to level. Make one of each item, HQ what you are going to use, try to HQ everything else, and dump what you will not use on the market. Stop with the 40 durability base material crap - make what you need of those, but there is no reason to make 600 Oak Lumbers when you only need 50.

As for a 40 Durability rotation, that really depends upon your CP. What I do is :
    Inner Quiet
    Steady Hand 2
    Waste Not
    Hasty Touch
    Hasty Touch
    Hasty Touch
    Hasty Touch
If it takes more than one Synthesis, Careful Synthesis. If it only takes the one, Hasty Touch.
    Manipulation
    Steady Hand 2
    Waste Not
    Hasty Touch
    Hasty Touch
    Hasty Touch
    Hasty Touch
Best Touch I've got CP for
    Careful Synthesis

I will NOT use Tricks of the trade while I've got Steady Hand 2 going. That basically leaves Tricks for right after Inner Quiet, and then after the fourth Hasty Touch to right before the second Steady Hand 2, and then after that last Hasty Touch. I've got enough CP at 40 that I can use a Basic Touch at the end if I get no opportune Tricks of the Trade uses.

That routine generally gets me more Quality than the Inner Quiet, Great Strides, Steady Hand (2), Advanced Touch, Great strides, Advanced Touch, Great Strides, Advanced Touch, Synthesis routine.

Spent almost all my gil ( a measly 140K ) on crafting gear, but my leatherworker is fully geared now. Guess ill go work on Miner and sell mats, once I need em I can always gather em again. After that, guess Culinary and byregot's are up.
Thanks for the rotation. It gets changed every time. Wish there was an app for that that told you what the best course of action would be on an item .
(also, I craft a lot of base material since it is easy for tripe turn in leve's which I still have enough. Time to use em on my lancer T_T).
    Any feedback is still appreciated.
