    the Hidden Chapter Blm

    I can not Seem to talk to Cocbuki in Thal's Respite. This is day 3 of this, i have also heard from a couple others who are having this issue.

    I can target the npc but nothing happens when I try to interact with him, -.-
    (also on Hyperion)
