Unable to use mouse to move camera since hotfix patch.

Steps:
Happens in a number of ways.

Way:

1) Logging In
2) Alt Tabbing
3) Using Windowed mode move the mouse off screen and interact with something that isn't the game.

This issue can sometimes be resolved by making the game full screened and not alt tabbing at all while the game is logging in. Once you are in the game it seems to run fine. Though sometimes for some unknown reason an alt tab will cause the error to come back.

I haven't been able to ever get this error to go away while in windowed or borderless windowed mode.


I am Running Two Monitors on a Radeon HD 6750 - Started on firmware Beta 3.10 when the hotfix went live and this started happening I went and upgraded to Beta 3.11 still have the issue. So I went and uninstalled and tired to install the non beta release 3.9.
16gb of ram
The game is installed an a 7200 rpm 1tb hdd.
Windows 7 64bit is installed on a 128gb SSD
My processor is a Intel i7 2600 3.4ghz
