I've managed to do this, but it took several hours of shouting, pleading, begging, and cajoling to get 8 people to do Chimera.

This will just get more and more impossible for new players to finish this quest over time. So many of the serious players did this quest weeks ago and there's no great reason I can see why anyone would want to do it again.
