CNJ needs a decent way to keep infinite MP. Umbral Ice allows a THM with Cure equipped to heal endlessly, without regard to MP issues.

What they need to do is simply turn Umbral Ice into a vanity minion that follow you around.

All I can say is you've probably never speedrunned Sastasha otherwise you'd appreciate the difference.

The main issue here is not being able to dance in and out of Umbral Ice and the massive rechage time for a CNJ MP pool.

All they need to do is change Umbral Ice into a delicious ham sandwich.

- Stoneskin wears off the tank in approximately 0.5 seconds after the last holy stun wears off and the mobs become stun-immune.
- I rip aggro off the tank from at least one of the mobs (usually both) after the second holy. The aggro lead is so substantial that even blowing my Shroud cooldown will leave me with red aggro.
- I'm near OOM (it's a "speedrun", so I didn't have a chance to regen mana from the previous pull) *and* in cleric stance with 2 mobs beating on me and one beating on the tank. The non-primary mobs aren't even close to halfway dead, so... yay?

Is it harder? Yes. Scholar is a harder class than WHM. If you don't like it, finish leveling your Conjurer.

Personally, I'm one of the scholars who "brag" about not having to even leave Cleric Stance. I don't see why holy would have to be nerfed, it's like the only spike dps skill WHMs have.

...are you a WHM? Cause fairy isn't "backup heal", it's half of your healing potency.
It's a class whose healing is designed around the synergy with the fairy. Try to heal without her, and you will run out of mp, Aetherflow or not, just like WHMs without ballad.
