I'm in agreement that immunity frames would be exploitable and isn't the fix the class needs. Jumps as they stand are a bit of a gamble unless you are 110% familiar with the boss mechanics and can time when the AoE attacks are going to be cast before they're cast.
What would be nice is if they made the gamble pay off... i.e up the damage caused by the jumps and change the way the positioning works. I'd like elusive jump to track and update my location as I move through the air rather than only updating my location once I've landed. Right now it's just a threat dump and not a reliable movement utility, also the long cooldown period makes it pretty lackluster.
