    I'm in agreement that immunity frames would be exploitable and isn't the fix the class needs. Jumps as they stand are a bit of a gamble unless you are 110% familiar with the boss mechanics and can time when the AoE attacks are going to be cast before they're cast.

    What would be nice is if they made the gamble pay off... i.e up the damage caused by the jumps and change the way the positioning works. I'd like elusive jump to track and update my location as I move through the air rather than only updating my location once I've landed. Right now it's just a threat dump and not a reliable movement utility, also the long cooldown period makes it pretty lackluster.

    Jump can be pretty powerful if you know how and when to use, like wall at AK, when he cast repel, use the jump right before the wall finish it... when wall finishes casting repel, you'll be on air during Jump, and you'll land right in the wall after repel... you'll be repeled, but jump makes you end it where you started, so you'll be teleported to the walls position, EVEN IF YOU FALL...
    During ifrit's repel is the same, but since it's Insta cast it's very hard to time it, but when it happens you'll save a lot of time to go back...

    I don't really give a shit. The slightly faster animation on Jump is all Dragoons really need. The immunity frame is the 'asking price' in a bargain. A faster Jump animation is a good buff.

    Looks like people reads what they like to ready and not what is written. /sigh

    Jumps need a Immunity Frame cause if not, they are not the skill it should be. People who has been "Jumping" in all FF titles need this, for the most important reason of all: "Historical Accuracy". It`s really that simple.
    Now what should be avoidable with that immunity frame has to be carefully planed. Of course we don`t want to end up with another broken class that makes all other DPSs "out of the high-end".

    Jump skill will be forever incomplete as long as the get hit in mid air by things like normal attacks or 100% ground traveling attacks.

    Oh, and we still need Lancet to drain HP/MP/TP.
