I keep getting threat constantly, no matter what's going on. How is everyone else handling this?

Swiftcast Stoneskin for essentially all phase changes.

Save shroud for post enrage (7m), meaning you use it last 5 minutes in. This is to reduce your medica2+medica spam aggro.

Tanks should be using cooldowns almost every time at the start of the wave (even if it's Rampart/Foresight).

Obviously don't blow a heal as soon as mobs drop, they don't need it that urgently and you'll pull aggro.

The only exception is when the 2 dreadnoughts overlap, you should have both healers spot-healing tanks in this phase so that heal aggro is split.

and if you have Benediction post enrage weave it in your AoE heals.

Yeah I am getting threat when the dual mobs are already down and the tank is attacking them.... so it's not me right? Cuz even with Shroud I still am getting threat.
