Titan phase 5 skill rotation

How did you learn by heart the last phase's skill rotation?
I know phases 1-2-3-4, but I can never predict when Mountain Buster (table flip) or Weight of the Land (plumes) are coming.
I keep near me a skill rotation picture, but still, being a WHM, I'm too busy to watch the picture everytime Titan uses a skill.
Do you have a better way to learn it? (don't say "do it over and over, you'll learn" because I did it more than 20 times to phase 5)
This issue becomes even worse when I have to macro "WEIGHT OF THE LAND, MOVE!! <se.7>" when WotL is coming next.

Mountain Buster is the easiest thing in the world. Right off the bat at the start of the phase and about 5 seconds after every landslide thereafter.

There are two mountain busters. One right away after he does his big post heart explosion and the next one comes after the bombs/landslide phase so they are pretty easy to predict. Apart from that as a healer the only thing you need to remember are when the plumes come since everything else is easy to avoid without knowing it's coming. Plumes it helps to know so you can use sprint. It's best on Titan to not get too caught up in trying to remember every single detail or your mind focuses too much on that and not on healing.

Yup pretty much. The bombs/landslide table flip asshole to tank move happens in a pretty quick sequence so by the time you are done with bombs you know plumes are on their way again just like after the stomps which is the only set of stomps in the rotation.

You could also think in the sense that the game is out to spite you as a healer, because Weight of the Land comes right after two hard hitting abilities (First Tumult, then Mountain Buster). At least that method worked for me.
