It is neither a bag nor an inventory, it is controlled by your Psi-power. The items are cloaked in your Psi field and levitate around you when you aren't wearing them, and the limit is how strong your current Psi is.

We need to have a Psi-Guild implemented so we may increase our power levels and become super psiyan.
