    Attack power varies with zones??

    Hey guys,

    I just noticed something weird. In town I have 403 attack power but when I zone outside in some areas, I go down to 392. What would affect that?

    No, that doesn't happen. You're missing something. I don't know what, exactly, but I say for certain that your attack power isn't affected by zoning from one area to another unless some level-syncing is involved.

    well I was in Gridania and was at 403, then I zoned to mor'dhona and was at 392, then costa del sol still 392, back to gridania, 403

    Attack power is the same as your main stat. You probably had the party buff in grid but not the other areas.

    Ok, yes I was. I didn't know you got a buff from being in a party with someone. I feel like such a noob. is the buff stronger the more people are in the zone with you? or how does that work. Well thank you for enlightening me

    Each class gives the entire party a buff to a stat simply by being in the party and in the same zone. In the case of Bards, you give the whole party +dexterity, which helps a tiny bit with a tank's parry/block rate.
