Miss having players fix each others gear instead of some gil sucking NPC.
There was bad to this as well =/ but could have been fixed.

Two earring and four ring slots (I don't miss the inventory clutter though).
Nothing like seeing all of that bling. =P
The Mini-map without a border was fantastic.
There was just something about the edges of it blending into the surrounding background that made it seem more natural.
For some reason, 2.0's bordered Mini-map puts me on edge. =\
Garuda Ping pong, lol!
I just found a video of me standing in the outer ring during Garuda's second phase.
Eye of the Storm activated and blasted me into the center of the ring right as Garuda used Mistral Shriek which then blasted me into the back edge of the arena right as Eye of the Storm activated a second time and tossed me back into the center of the ring to finish me off, lol.
It's not really something I "miss" but it was fun/funny at the time. =D

I definitely miss this too. I love that they originally went with a more realistic route for accessories, where one earring doesn't magically mean two, and where you can equip more than one ring per hand. I don't know why they had to go back to bland, boring MMO standards with jewelry.

May sound strange by I kinda miss Dalamud and the awsome weather effects.
Yeah, Dalamud was such a cool experience and I'm kinda sad I had to stop playing around 1.22 before all the final events. A huge worldwide event like that is a very unique and awesome thing for an MMO to do.
I really hope they do more worldwide story-based things in the future, where we can all see strange goings-on in the sky or weather or something.

I loved how Dalamud and it's weather effects looked! I did not like how they never changed though. =\
You can only look at the same overcast sky, in every single zone, at every time of the day/night for so long before you get annoyed.
I was soooo happy when they gave us the shooting star sky, that was awesome and it allowed for different weather effects, not to mention sunrises/sunsets which were equally impressive in 1.0.

Kittra you should look me up on Hyperion. You're someone that I would love to play with on there.
Things I miss
- My character's 1.0 voice. She just sounds so obnoxious now ><
- Not having 30 seconds of music followed by 3min of silence (yes, ambience, we get it but I still like my field BGM)
- Scaleable UI (3 preset sizes via R3 just doesn't quite fill that void)
- Inertia animations. They are entirely possible. Do not tell me they aren't
Also...
Clouds seem much more static than before and don't move nearly as fast. I will ignore the stars since they are actually awesome to watch in normal speed and also ignore the fact that the moon is still attached to the same texture as the stars. And fades away at random
Case in point. Two different timelapses.
> 1.0. Please ignore the blinding periodic sandstorms; it's the clouds I'm pointing out.

> ARR. Weather seems to be even more random but there simply isn't the level of activity as in 1.0.

Maybe it was part of the downgrade? Could this change in the future perhaps?
