Party HP & MP Visible, But Not TP?

Hello, everyone! This thread is going to address a concern I have about the party window we currently have. Before I started playing this game, I wanted to be a Bard to support the party I'm in. Be it to whittle down the enemy's HP, silence them, mitigate their damage, reduce their resistance, or regenerate my party's MP or TP, I see myself as a supporting role. Instead, I found that I'm more inclined to DPS than support but I digress.

My concern, as you may have gathered from the title of this tread, is the lack of seeing the TP of each member in the party. You get to see their HP, MP, and each buff and ailment on them. Their TP, on the other hand, is nowhere to be seen and the only TP gauge you see in the party window is your own which I find redundant for the time being. Personally, it would be nice to have each member's TP visible so I know when would be a good time to sing Army's Paeon. Thoughts?

that would clutter the UI even more and as is the party menu already takes a ton of space

I don't know about that. My experience with the party menu is that I have to make a conscious effort to look at it to check how the rest of the party is doing. In fact, a couple of healers in the FC I'm a part of called me out on not using Mage's Ballad to replenish their MP when they were running low because I wasn't keeping an eye on it. Now I take note to check the party menu frequently to see when would be a good time to sing. Given that the size of the party menu can be adjusted, I doubt that adding TP readings would clutter the UI that much.

The alternative to this is for people to start writing macros like in the good 'ol days. Like, "/party <tp> TP remaining," and call out when they feel they're getting low and need a buff. Same with mages, although I should be able to keep up with the party display (I'm terrible at doing so), it isn't hard to hit a noise macro to signal MP is low to the party.

    Other alternatives:
    - Switch the display to percentages with smaller icons at a quarter of the width of the current bars and show both within the same space
    - Cut the bars in half and show both TP and MP. TP is always max of 1000, but the bar itself is setup for 8-10 digit numbers, so the bar being twice as wide as the text needs could be reduced. MP could be reduced in the same way.
    - Give players options and allow us to choose what we see based on class. I don't really care about a SMN's or BLM's TP, just like I don't care about a MNK's or DRG's MP. The only two which I've found that I care about knowing both MP and TP for are the PLD and BRD, which combined with potential of future classes is why I'd prefer one of the first two alternatives.
