I've said this a million times on these forums by now, Square would rather focus on Miqote butts.
Agree with OP and with Rekujen's post as well. It's not about gimping Fate XP, it's about buffing xp in other activities so they also become a viable way to level up.

Although I wouldn't mind a miqote butt fix either. Just throwing it out there.
