House Dimir Recruiting local and transfers for coil and beyond

<House Dimir> is currently recruiting for Coil. We have downed Turn 4 and are currently waiting for Turn 5 to be reactivated. We have split our main group into two separate raids and are seeking a few members to fill out the remaining slots in each group.

We are a progression-minded FC with a schedule of 7:30pm to 10:30pm CST on Tues/Wed/Thur. Most of our members are online outside of raid times and are an active bunch. Our age groups vary from 20-35 and the tone of FC chat/vent is mostly mature with a side-dish of "I refuse to grow up". We are an affable bunch who enjoy poking fun at one another with one exception. There is no room for malice in <House Dimir>. Everyone has a bad day, we get it, but that does not give one license to lash out at friends.

We are actively recruiting one healer (Sch or Whm) and two physical dps classes (we can absorb any job in this category). Please feel free to apply if these parameters do not fit; we will always consider excellent players despite our current raid make-up.

As for our expectations of you, we require a lot from full-time raiders.
1) Knowing your class and gear are baseline for any raiding experience.
2) Coming prepared to new content is a must. There are a ton of videos available from multiple PoV that should familiarize you with almost all boss mechanics. Our raid leaders will not hold your hand.
3) Cross-class abilities should not be something we need to ask you to take care of. Not taking advantage of every tool available to you is a hindrance to the 7 other players who have committed time and effort to be a part of the raid. We will not tolerate it.
4) Lastly, attendance. We consider this to be the most crucial requirement with regards to full-time raiders. Not showing up on time shows a singularly strong lack of respect for your fellow raiders. Again, it will not be tolerated.
5) If these few things sound like very intense requirements, <HD> might not be the place for you.
