    It could depend on various factors.
    Your PC may have an N WiFi while PS3 only uses B/G.
    Where your PS3 is there could be other WiFis creating conflicts.
    PS3's WiFi hardware might just be bad.

    If you have an Android you can use https://play.google.com/store/apps/d....wifi.analyzer to check channels around your PS3. Maybe for iOS there is a similar app.
