Monster Name:
This MIGHT be the reason why it glitched, but I don't know for sure. Was fighting a U'Ghamaro Roundsman that stands right next to the Aetheryte when I tried to attune to it, while being attacked, and got interrupted numerous times before I stopped being lazy and just killed it. (This was the first time, I now kill it before attempting to attune to the aetheryte)

Steps:
1) Attune to the Aetheryte
2) Click complete on the quest pop up
3) It says quest completed, Navel hardmode now unlocked, Duty Finder Updated
4) Open duty finder, it's not there and the quest is still in my journal, showing incomplete.
