Having Trouble transferring....

Hey SE, I've been trying to transfer my level 30 Conj/Level 9 Arc from Cerberus to Balmung for several hours but each time I try to do so I get this:

"The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance. Please wait and try again."

I know it would be overloaded but wouldn't I be able to finish it and just wait for my toon to move? Please take a look at this! Thank you

2nd day, still not able to transfer and getting the same exact message. I know I can transfer to Balmung from Cerberus but I'm starting to get frustrated.

1. are you part of an FC, if so, you need to quit it. 2. I had a similar issue...I noticed even though I quit the FC in game, the lodestone still showed that i was in the FC i quit...i waited 3-6hrs checking the lodestone site, and once it DID show that i was NOT part of an FC, I was able to do the transfer. I still got error messages but if you back up and try a few times it usually goes threw.

I am not part of an FC but I am apart of a LS, which I just quit so I'm going to see if that works. I really don't understand why I'm still getting the:

Hi i have the same problem i want to transfer my char but allways get the same message like Moonstar....

And this char is not in a FC or anything else why it not will work.

I don't know what to do....

Or have they a maintenance all the day long?

Same here. I'm able to confirm both destination and originating servers but once I attempt to proceed to the next step I get the following message:

The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance. Please wait and try again.

I've probably tried well over 50 times over the past 12 hours with the same result.

Some friends tryed it to and i think i know why that happend. Characters that you make after this Free transfer event can't be transfered.
If someone try it with a char that was created befor the 15th it works but after the 15th it don't work.
