    cant update NA/EU servers.

    I submited for a character transfer the other 10/21/13 to join my friends, but have encountered a problem.

    Original Server: Exodus
    Destination Server: Balmung
    Character Name: Khain Highwind

    I received the confirmation email stating that the server transfer was to be started.

    Inquiry Number: 13102 2000 7213 2304

    While I have yet to receive a "Transfer Complete" email. I am concerned with the fact that I cant even update the NA/EU servers meaning I cant log into any of my other characters on any of the worlds unless I had one on JP servers. I am hoping that things clear up but I have searched other threads regarding this same issue and they have not been resolved even after 5 or more days. My other friends server request are already complete and working as intended the same day as the request was placed, so there is definitely a problem here.

    Also, it does not show the server transfer under "Service History" at the https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...fxivshopacctop

    "Can't update server list" is a regular fault which SE so far have failed to deal with permanently, all you can do is wait for them to fix it this time.

    I think you gotta contact SE directly. The forum says your are still on Exodus. They may have messed up something on transfer.

    Whenever I get that error I just restart the client and it typically works again. It's quite common when the lag period starts.
