What if a rabid camel jumps out of said box and attacks you, your frying pan wont save you, nope.Ignoring the participation of Hand and Land is the absolute dumbest design decision in this game. Just give us our five exp for the light scratches we put in a mob already. I don't care if it's next to nothing, just don't tell a player "you're not good enough." It's the same with the fetch quests, explain to me why I have to be a fighter or a magic user in order to deliver a box?
I do agree though.
Interesting since it will not allow you to even attack a FATE target as a DoL or DoH.
i remember tanning lv10 mob hide by my lv50 leatherworker tool lol
auto attack deal 35 on them
I must now try this.
For how much damage? Haha. I never even considered trying it with my fisher!
Apparently it will if you are the right level! You should see if you can use auto-attack on Gorgimera with your level 50 weaver, and if you get more damage than 2 at that level.![]()

One of the interesting things about Rift is all the variant rifts you can come across in that game. With some tweaking, it would work just as well for FATEs, since FFXIV's version is a much rougher version of Rifts.
Minor and Major combat rifts = We already have a slew of Minor and Major FATES.
Raid Rifts = Behemoth and Odin 'Raid' FATEs, but adding more would always be welcome.
PvP Rifts = Wouldn't be hard to hard PvP themed FATEs where the GC's are fighting over some objective.
Crafting Rifts = crafting FATEs which are built only for DoL/DoH, possibly items are littered on the ground that the crafter folks have to gather and make things out of to turn in (No killing involved, maybe have items on the ground folks gather and have to craft for FATE turn in).
Event Rifts = event FATEs like this All Saints Wake could have FATEs where you fight Skeletons, Ghosts, pumpkin headed enemies, ect.
Hmm, ...
Crafting/Gathering FATE ..
Hamlet Defence 2.0 ^^
Do it, Yoshida ^^
Some brainstorming about Hamlet Defence 2.0:
it would be similar like the old Hamlet Defence, but with some differences.
1. It would be DoH/DoL only
2. NPC would doing the battle class roles. There would also be NPC healers.
3. DoH and DoL don't just gives the NPC buffs and the enemies debuffs, but also restore the numbers of the NPC with some combo gathering/crafting.
