Lol Succor is a low heal with a nice 500+ for me raid mitigation. + Sacred Soil. You tell a raid that "sucks when you're doing Turn 4 or T5 for Twintania when Fireball hit's your raid members? Might want to revise how you play lol :>

Succor has its use, but when you're trying to heal up a whole party, a 250 heal isn't going to get anybody back to full health, unless you do it 4 times. Yes I know it also has a 250 bubble, woo! But that bubble isn't much use when you need to get their health back up to max before the next big hit, as the bubble usually runs out before anyone even gets hit. We could really benefit from a pure AoE bubble at a higher potency, and maybe an AoE cure with a slight higher potency than Succor, or something.

Succor is not a heal. It´s a shield. Deal with it.

If the chance to get a free Succor was affected by any sort of stat, the change in chance would be reflected in the ability tooltip.

(For example, spellspeed affects the cast/recast timers of spells. This will be shown directly in the ability. I'm assuming the default timer for Ruin is 2.5, but for me it is 2.42.) Other abilities (like lvl 50 cooldowns) are not affected by anything.
