that's exactly it. their damage isn't the best, but if u combined their utilities, mobility, avoidability(ask the healers about this one), and damage, other classes don't even come close. people are smart, they want the best for party, and bard, as is, is the best by miles and miles.

but their damage already suffers when they are using their utility (20%) except for foe, if anything, the nerf should only be like "now reduces bard damage when singing foe requiem"

I don't know what the nerf will be, and it probably won't even be anything big. But believe me, other classes would love the OPTION of being able to buff and debuff party.
