Bard Nerfs Offically Confirmed

Because the ONLY job you see raids calling out for are Bards. Never or hardly see any other FC/groups call out for any other particular class but bards...

But It's mainly due to a few good reasons.

*Songs
*Range DPS
*Great DPS
*Silences
*and the fact that Melee get F_cked with any boss in game thanks to aoe/cleave dmg.

Mechanics of the game are hurting the classes in the game.

Bad scrub brain dead melee dps get Fcked. Cleave do not hit flank target, and aoe hit both melee and range. Oh repelling shot does only hit melee dps indeed and having to move for 3s every 30s fck melee dps so hard, sure hard.

Take the nerf and move on. Got enough tears on the forums about the coming bard nerfs.

Yeah we have it better that we have 100% uptime and still manage to rank pretty much at the bottom, ofc that means we need to hit less. Sense, you make none.

to you people crying out for the nerf because of mobility do you really think this nerf will change bard mobility? no.. it wont.. it will just make bards stop dps while moving which will effectively make them monks. which is a class they are buffing because they suffer so much when they move.. seems to me if they just nerf the mobility they will be crippling the very mechanic that makes this job what it is.. adjusting a class is one thing but attempting to make it a job that no one wants to play or have in a raid seems pointless.. lets hope these changes are for the better and not just to appease a whining playerbase.

Don't take this the wrong way, but if you don't want to see you character nerfed MMOs aren't ever going to be for you.

Classes are always in a constant state of being nerfed and buffed in every active MMO I've ever played.

As for this particular nerf well far as far I can tell Bards probably didn't need it so much as other classes need some QoL adjustments to make this more attractive end game, Warriors being top of the list, with melee DPS close behind.
