    Idea for better storm's path

    Currently storm's path sucks, a lot.

    What if, instead of it being an immediate (and pathetic) heal, it gave us something a short duration bloodbath. So, storm's path applies a buff that heals us 15-25% of all damage we do for the next 15-24 sec.

    Would you try to work it into your rotation then?

    Yes. Especially if it stacked with Bloodbath. Right now it's just a waste of a skill.
