There isn't a lot the Tank and Healer need to do other than watch the bosses phases. DPS one can chip away at the bosses HP while the other usually the ranged takes care of the adds. If you have a Bard it becomes easy for them because they are very mobile. They might get hit with the odd slow still so be ready to esuna them.
