Confirmed the issue when solo and when in a party with 1-3 other people.

In-Game Time:
This issue occurs after every launch of the application.

Steps:
1) Launch Final Fantasy XIV: A Real Reborn.
2) Enter your Square Enix login credentials in the text fields.
3) Select Log In.
4) Select Play.
5) At the Main Menu, select Start.
6) Select a character from the character list.
7) Select OK.
8) Once in-game, observe the mouse cursor is sluggish to respond and cursor movement is choppy.
9) Hold the Alt key and simultaneously press the Tab key to view the desktop.
10) Notice the mouse cursor is now extremely sluggish and the cursor is difficult to control with accuracy.


Notes: After Alt + Tab is pressed, and the mouse cursor becomes extremely sluggish, you can return to the game and the sluggishness goes away completely. This happens every time I launch the game, and can only be fixed by pressing Alt + Tab, then re-entering the program.

I've scoured Google looking for people with the same issue as me. Could not find anything on the internet. I also searched the forums and did find someone having issues with the client crashing after they alt+tab out of the game, but I have not experienced any crashing.
