Legacy World Tranfer

(Sorry if this is not the correct area to post this in, or if this has been addressed before)

So until the 22nd World Transfer is free, but I cannot change to another world because I am currently on a Legacy server. If they don't change it soon (as in before the 22nd), does that mean I am going to have to pay to change servers? Does anyone get what they mean by "In order to allow the economy of newly established worlds to stabilize"?

If you want to move to a non-legacy world yes you would have to pay. Due to the fact they not going to change that anytime soon. Right now you can only go legacy to legacy.

That's what I figured, though it seems kinda unfair.

You are able to transfer to any other available legacy server or your friends can transfer to your world. The only other free transfers I see them doing at a later time is maybe targeted transfers from high to low pop servers.

As for the economy thing. They wanted to wait somewhere around 6 months (forget exact range of time they gave) to allow the new players to form their own economy on their own without disruption of legacy gil or all classes 50 from the start. Agree or not they are sticking to this.
