Party or solo: Technically solo.

Area and coordinates: Anywhere.
Steps:
1. Specific quest I won't be doing is "Skeletons in Her Closet"
2. Open Journal.
3. Surprise! Waste of screen space forever because of no "Abandon Quest" button. (YES I have removed the UI element but that proves to be cumbersome if I want to join a lower level FATE.)

"Skeletons in Her Closet" is a main storyline quest, and none of those can be dropped. Nearly positive that this is not a bug, sorry.

(I'd highly advise that you do it; there's pretty much no endgame content that can be done without clearing your storyline first.)

Thanks for the advice but I'm perfectly happy without doing this quest. I'm not interested in endgame, hence me not really "needing" to do this quest.

Pretty sure I was able to drop at least one story quest when I was randomly doing them... Technically it could still be a bug unless you are from SE and know exactly how this game's coding works ;P

If you wish to know why I don't do endgame it's because I just enjoy messing around in the game with my current nice armor and stuff >.> Kinda am a partial RPer.
