    Targeting Controls

I spend a lot of time in duos and three person groups as the healer. Most of the time when I heal I use a macro that turns AoE on and cast the cure on " <me>. This works good as long as I position myself accordingly so the people I want to heal are in the AoE radius.

Now if I want to stand back because a mob has a nasty AoE or maybe I just want to target the third member of my party who is fighting another monster a few feet away I use another macro that will cure the selected target <st> . When you do this the blue/purple target ring appears and I can use the arrow keys or the dpad on the controller to cycle through targets.

The problem is the up and down arrow keys and the up and down buttons on the dpad cease to function as the do normally and you can only use the left and right buttons which cycle through enemies and ally's alike and it never goes to the target you want first, this makes no sense to me. Please make the up and down keys/buttons cycle through myself and my party members. or make the target ring only cycle through VALID targets when using the <st> function.

I agree with the OP; please fix this malfunction of the <st> targeting mechanism. Also, please, allow for the corresponding name in the party frame to be highlighted (this doesn't work either with non-macro, regular up/down or left/right targeting.)
